WOWSEA Warranty Policies
Warranty Period:
- 2 YEAR from date of purchase on Paddle Boards
- 1 YEAR from date of purchase on Electric Pumps
- 90 DAYS from date of purchase on 2017- 2019 accessories
- 1 Year from date of purchase on 2020 or newer board accessories
Boards without Warranty:
- Board used for commercial purposes
- Boards bought in a bulk-order with a bulk-order discount
- Boards sold to someone under a different name then on the order
- Boards bought from a third party other than WOWSEASUP.com or the WOWSEA store on Amazon
- Boards purchased in the used condition from WOWSEASUP.com or the WOWSEA store on Amazon
Paddle Board Warranty covers Manufacturers Defects, Including:
- Seam leaks
- Extracted Handles
- Air bubbles between seams
- Obvious workmanship mistakes-out of box
Paddle Board Warranty does not cover Misuse or Natural disaster, including:
- Items that were lost or stolen
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear
- Damage to fin or fin box caused by impact to the fin
- Damage caused by overexposure/storage in direct sunlight
- Damage caused by impact to rocks, docks, shore-pound etc
- Damage to the valve caused by loosening the valve to deflate
- Damage caused by transporting an inflatable board on the top of a car
- Indents/texture on the PVC that is a result of the drop stitching construction
- Damage caused by mishandling: airline travel, improper loading/unloading into trucks, rolling or dragging on concrete etc
Accessories Warranty does not cover Misuse or Natural disaster, including:
- Color fading
- Accessories sinking
- Paddle filling with water
- Items that were lost or stolen
- Items used for commercial purposes
- Damage due to falling on the paddle
- Damage caused by use outside of its intended purpose
- Damage due to normal wear and tear, chips, cracks etc
- Damage caused by impact to rocks, docks, shore-pound etc
- Damage to bags caused by misuse: airline travel, improper loading/unloading into trucks, dragging on concrete etc
Warranty Process:
- If you check you are within the guidelines of a warranty claim, please Email: info@wowseasup.com with pictures of the defect along with your order number, or file a warranty claim online.
- A warrantied board will be shipped back to our warehouse to be repaired or replaced- purchaser is responsible for all return shipping.
- When registering your board for warranty you are agreeing to the policy stated above. *
2-Year Warranty Policy as below:
- 1. No reason to return within 1 month
- 2. Within 3 months, no reason to replace
- 3. Replacement for accessories or SUP paddle board within 6 months, the shipping cost will be paid by buyer
- 4. Within 1 year, help repair or targeted refund 40% (For example, the hand pump is USD40, we will refund USD16 only)
- 5. After 1 year to 18 months, help repair or targeted refund 25%, if buyer want to replace a new SUP, the buyer needs to bear all costs
- 6. If almost 2 years, only targeted refund 5%
These guarantee policies also apply to products purchased from Amazon or other third-party platforms
