Shipping & Returns
Shipping Costs: As a service to our customers, WOWSEA offers subsidized freight shipping. Any accessories ordered with a paddle board order will be shipped freight with the board(s) with no additional charge. Rates are subject to change without notice. The latest rate will always be available when checking out with a paddle board order.
Shipping Time: All in-stock items have a processing time of 1-3 business days*, actual delivery transit will depend on location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
Scheduling Freight Deliveries: The freight company will contact you to schedule delivery. Please double-check the shipping contact information provided to ensure that the email address, shipping address and phone number are accurate. If the freight company is unable to reach you or you are unavailable to receive delivery, you might incur additional storage charges. If you have a concern about delivery availability please Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) upon placing your order to coordinate a different shipping time.
Receiving Freight Deliveries: Customer must inspect entire order prior to signing for the delivery. The driver should wait for the Customer to confirm the condition of the product before leaving the delivery location. A damaged box does not always indicate damage to the products, and an undamaged box does not always indicate undamaged products. Customer requirements will be further outlined in the order confirmation email, as well as the email notification indicating that the order has shipped. Please Email us (email@example.com) with further questions on this process. Proper documentation is required to receive compensation for damages or replacement product.
Freight Damage: WOWSEA is not liable to replace the products or file a claim on your behalf if you or person receiving shipment fails to inspect packaging and products for damage or document damages properly prior to signing for or approving the shipment.
We offer a “no hassle” return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
For any product issues, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All merchandise returned should be unused and in original sellable condition.
Product that has been used is not refundable and cannot be exchanged. We will create a return authorization for you include with your returned merchandise, and send you an Email with instructions on how to complete the return.
After we receive and inspect the returned product(s), credit will be refunded back to your credit card, refund credit processing times vary depending on the policies of your financial institution. We’re sorry that we are unable to cover the return shipping costs. Shipping back expense will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
